  7. Resolutions:
    1. Membership fees (the proposal put to the AGM is that the fee should stay the same for 2007)
    2. Adoption of the updated club constitution (see ITC website) (the proposal put to the AGM is that the membership should adopt this updated constitution)
    3. Additional committee post of ITC British Triathlon Regional Representative (the proposal put to the AGM is that the club’s BT Regional Representative becomes a full time committee post next season). This will require an additional Officer post to be included in the Constitution
  8. Items for information: junior training in 2007 and beyond
  9. Item for discussion: Options for 2007 club championship (We will have one vote on the nature of qualifying events and one vote on kit. Options on which we’ll vote are (unless there are any other bright ideas):
    1. Qualifying events

                                                               i.      One event for seniors, one event for juniors (if so which ones?)

                                                             ii.      Separate champs for sprint, Olympic and duathlon (one race each, which ones?)

                                                            iii.      Keep as it is (i.e. 36 medals!!)

                                                            iv.      No championship

    1. Kit

                                                               i.      Must wear club kit to qualify

                                                             ii.      No requirement for club kit to be worn in championship
