Following the huge success of last years session we plan to run it again on
THURSDAY 18TH AUGUST 2005 ALTON WATER RESERVOIR 6.15PM FOR 6.30 START. The
session covers the Ipswich Duathlon course. As light will be fading we my have
to cut the session short but will assess it on the night. All abilities
welcome, everyone will be looked after and no one will be left behind. Friends

The Club's AGM (annual general meeting) will be held at the Dove public house, Spring Road, Ipswich starting at 6:30.
