I was a keen cyclist when I signed up to a triathlon for charity with work in 2016. I joined the club the same year to help me train for it and haven’t looked back!
My first triathlon was Culford Sprint in 2016, and since catching the triathlon bug I have gone on to race everything from super-sprint to Ironman distance; spurred on by the support of the people I’ve met through the club.
In November 2020 I joined the committee, I was assistant race director for the club’s triathlon at Culford in 2023 and stepped up to be race director in 2024. I recently qualified as a triathlon coach and a swimbikerun leader to help more people enjoy triathlon!
